After the bare wire is quenched and softened, it is painted several times and baked into a cake. However, it is not easy to produce goods that not only meet the requirements of the regulations, but also consider the requirements of the customers. It is affected by the quality of raw materials, the main parameters of the processing technology, the production line equipment, the natural environment and other factors. Therefore, the quality characteristics of various enameled wires are endless. The same, but all have four major performances: mechanical equipment performance, organic chemical performance, electrical performance, and thermal performance

1. Appearance inspection

The surface is smooth, the color is well-proportioned, there is no paint tumor and milky white lubricating liquid.

2. Specification inspection

2.1 Diameter of enameled wire: Refer to GB/T6109 for specification, test method: vernier caliper

3. Features of mechanical equipment

3.1 Elongation: The specification refers to GB/T6109, and the detection method: variable length equipment. Calculation method: the ratio of (length after pulsing-length before pulsing) / ratio of length before pulsing;

3.2 Quick tearing: The specification is to pull quickly at a rate of two meters per second, and detect that the paint film is not cracked.

3.3 Round rod winding: Wind the enameled wire of different specifications and the corresponding copper rod around ten times, and check that the paint film is not cracked. The diameter of the copper rod refers to the provisions of GB/T6109;

3.4 Thermal shock: Put the winding enameled wire in the drying box (the suspension is in the middle of the drying box) and bake for 0.5 hours. The temperature of the drying box matches the specifications of the enameled wire. Refer to GB/T6109 and finish drying. After that, it was tested that the paint film was not cracked.
